LifeLink Evaluation Pre-Study Survey

Project Title: Evaluation of LifeLink: A Persuasive mHealth Application for Suicide Prevention in Canadian youths and adults

Description 

You are invited to participate in a research study being conducted at Dalhousie University in collaboration with Roots of Hope Nova Scotia. The goal of the study is to evaluate LifeLink, a mobile application that supports caregivers of individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts. This study consists of a pre-test survey (~ 10 minutes), after which you will be asked to install and use the LifeLink app for a week. After a week, you will be asked to fill out a post-test survey (~ 15 minutes). If you wish, you can also participate in an optional interview session (online) to provide more feedback on your experience with the app.

Participants will enter a lucky draw to win 1 of 5 Amazon Gift Card worth $50 each.
