Dal Grad PD Certificate: Registration

Thanks for your interest in pursuing the Dal Grad PD Certificate. 

Upon completion of this program, you will have learned to articulate your skills to potential employers, chart a course through areas of professional development, and gain practical training and experience. You will also receive a certificate signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Gradute Studies and notation on your academic transcript indicating your participation in this Dal Grad PD Certificate program. 

We are asking you to complete this survey to track who engages in this Certificate, assess program effectiveness, and improve the program for future participants.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Your responses are completely confidential, and the survey is entirely voluntary. You can choose not to answer any questions, however the first four questions are required for registration purposes.
