Location: Halifax Convention Centre, Halifax, NS

1. Title of the presentation (30 words maximum, in Sentence case, not in CAPS)
 
2. List of authors with their affiliations (if any), city, province, and country (i.e. Department of Medicine, Dalhousie University, Halifax, NS, Canada) in one paragraph separated by commas. Place an asterisk (*) after the name of corresponding author.
 
3. Three learning objective(s) - these should be written as ‘learner-centered’ objectives.

6. A short description about how you feel your abstract fits into the overall theme or subthemes.

This enables the scientific committee to assign formats based on the best fit for the overall program.
